Look at the beginning of this blog: 2006. You know, the number 6 has lots of different meanings. Since the number 7 can mean heavenly perfection, the number 6 is just not quite there---it just cannot make it. That is why the mark of the Wild Beast discussed in Revelations is 666. It is not and cannot be perfect, regardless of the number of attempts. Anytime something is written 3 times in the Bible, it is to show emphasis, to show extreme. There were no words to identify some, more, most, so instead they said something like "holy" for regular holy, "holy, holy" for more holy, and "holy, holy, holy" for most holy (think Tabornacle). Therefore, no matter how hard or often the Wild Beast tries, it will never be perfect. Never.
Just like 2006. It will never be perfect. But 2007 won't be, either. (Darn it!) But perhaps it will be closer to perfection!

I hope 2007 will be a great year for you! That quote is so fitting! In a way it was a great year and I got to expereince so much, but in another way it was a crappy time. hmm. . . -eyeleen
